Dr. Friedenthal is a UC Clinical Professor and Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the California Skin Institute with offices in San Francisco, Santa Rosa, and Sunnyvale. He is a member of the American, Canadian, and International Societies of plastic surgery. A Yale Medical School graduate, Dr. Friedenthal trained at Yale, Stanford, and the UC Medical Center in San Francisco. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He lectures, teaches, and trains other plastic surgeons internationally as well as locally. Dr. Friedenthal designs an approach to surgery that creates a natural, enduring and youthful appearance for his patients. His philosophy is that the contours and geometric shape of the human form and face can be restored and maintained beautifully over time.
