Our Business Administrator will assist in planning your surgery, guiding you through the process, providing information, handling the financing and insurance aspects, and offering a number you can always call with questions.
Our Patient Concierge understands the importance of first impressions. You will feel at ease from the very first phone call as she helps to schedule your appointments, review your account information and applicable insurance and coordinate aftercare or hotel accommodations.
Our Surgical Administrator supervises functions of our on-site surgical suite and clinic. Her responsibilities include keeping our state-of-the-art operating room compliant, overseeing our research and study programs, as well as continually increasing the quality of care and safety of our patients.
Our Surgical Assistants assist patients through the entire process, providing extra care and making sure all questions and concerns are answered. Whether caring for our patients preoperatively, in recovery, or educating and instructing their caregivers, our patients and their families find our assistants comforting and compassionate.
Cosmetic and facial surgeon Dr. Jagdev S. Heir is the director of Sacramento Surgical Arts PC. With credentials as both a Medical Doctor (M.D.) and a Doctor of Dentistry (D.M.D.), combined with training in Anesthesia, Dr. Heir has broad knowledge and expertise as a cosmetic surgeon and he is highly respected in the field.
